REFUND POLICY

1. Eligibility for Refunds
We accept returns for a refund on eligible items purchased directly from Klore Vellav. To qualify, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

 

2. Return Window
You may request a refund within 7–14 days of receiving your order (you can choose the number of days—let me know if you'd like it fixed). After this period, we cannot offer a refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and cosmetic safety reasons, the following items are non-refundable:

• Lashes

• Lip products

• Cheek products

• Hair bundles

• Fragrances

• Any promotional, discounted, or final-sale items

4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

6. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us and we will assist you further.

8. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for defective or incorrect items. All exchanges are subject to product availability.

9. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
